Sprouts/Microgreens - Radish, Classic |

- Radish sprouts are extremely high in nutrition. A member of the mustard family and probably originating in Eurasia, radish is one of the world’s earliest recorded cultivated vegetables. Its name comes from the Latin word "radix," meaning "a root." Radish sprouts are fast growing with a spicy, hot flavor. Daikon seeds produce tall, lush green sprouts, while China Rose or Cherry Bell radish sprouts have a touch of pink. Radish sprouts have 29 times more vitamin C than milk and 4 times the vitamin A. They have 10 times the calcium of a potato and more vitamin C than a pineapple.
- They're easy to grow - and - taste great. Radish sprouts have gained popularity in recent years.
